Swiss Machine Turning
We are a supplier of fine surgical drills and burr blanks turned on Swiss lathes. Tritex Medical Manufacturing utilizes Citizen CNC Swiss lathes with a 32mm maximum production capability with live secondary tooling.
As a medical manufacturer, turning surgical drill bits is one of our specialties.
Centerless Grinding
Tritex Medical Manufacturing started as a centerless grind house in 1990. It is here in Michigan that we built our reputation for quality, delivery, and economy.
We use Monza 300 and 400 model centerless grinders. We have the capabilities to grind from 1mm to 32mm diameter.
Bur and Drill Bit Fluting Services
Our fluting services add the finishing touches to any surgical drill bit or bur.
